Braxton’s Diesel Works (“Braxton’s Diesel Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://braxtondiesel.com (the “Site”) and provides diesel repair, diagnostics, maintenance, fleet, and performance services in Moody, Texas and the surrounding Central Texas area. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

By using our Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Your IP address and general location (such as city or region)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system

  • The website or source that referred you to us

We do not collect payment card numbers or bank account information through the Site. Payments for services are handled in person or by phone at our shop.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to help the Site function, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address and browsing activity. You can learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings — you can block or delete cookies, though some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Third-party services

Data security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
